INTERCLUB TRACK CARNIVAL & CRITERIUM
SATURDAY 4TH & SUNDAY 5TH OF FEBRUARY 2012
Entry fee will be $15 seniors/ $10 juniors for each day. Pay on the day - there will be no late entry fee however it would be
appreciated if you could either email tamworthcycleclub@gmail.com or phone Kevin Bartlett Cycles on 6765 2414 so we can get a rough idea of numbers.
Prize Money: $1000 minimum
TRACK Saturday racing at the Tamworth Veledrome 6.30pm. Track open for sign-on and warm up from 5.00pm.
CRITERIUM Sunday criterium held around the ‘L’ shape hot-dog loop off to the side of the velodrome in Kable Avenue. Sunday racing starts at 8am sign-on from 7am.
All racing will be graded except for Junior U9’s, Ull’s’ U13s and U15s.

Category Definitions: 

Cycling Australia has introduced a new family discount for 2010.  This is only available to families of four or more Cycling Australia members living under the one roof. Families are advised to contact their state association to check eligibility and availability. Family discounts are only available using manual membership forms through the club.

Racing License

Racing Licenses are categorised based on age. 

Masters License

  Masters (aged 30 yrs +) also have a choice when taking out a Racing License. 

  • Masters Category License – enables the rider to enter Masters events and graded racing at club or club-combined level, but restricts the rider from contesting elite championships and national open events.
  • Elite Racing License – permits a Masters rider to enter any racing event including national open and championship events; as well as contesting Masters category events including State and National Masters Championships, in the same year.

 Six Month license

  • Discount membership available between 1 June & 30 September each year
  • Full member benefits apply to 31 December
  • Available for 'Racing' category membership only

Kids license

  • Affordable ($10) membership targeting primary school age groups (under the age of 13)
  • Introduction to cycling and being involved in a club environment
  • Covers skill based activities and modified competitive activities that are restricted to club level only.

 Additional license Options

  Club license

  • Remains as a membership 'tool' applicable to remote regional clubs
  • Issued on a state-by-state basis 

 Term of license

  • Racing licenses are issued on a calendar year basis and are valid until 31 December of any year. Members issued with Racing licenses after 1 October 2009 will be valid until 31 December 2010 (ie, they may be valid for up to 15 months)
  • 6-Month licenses are available for racing licenses only and are issued between 1 July and 30 September each year at a discounted fee
  • Sport and Recreation licenses are issued on a rolling renewal basis. Renewal will be due 12 months from the initial date of purchase

NOTE:  licenseS CAN BE RENEWED ONLINE FROM www.nsw.cycling.org.au IF YOU NEED A NEW license, PLEASE PRINT A COPY FROM www.nsw.cycling.org.au DROP YOUR COMPLETED FORM INTO TEENA MYLER WITH A CHEQUE, MADE OUT TO INVERELL CYCLE N TRI. 

NB:       Family Membership entitles you to 2 adults & 2 juniors within the same family (or 1 adult & 3 kids).

Junior Membership is eligible for children under the age of 18 as at 1st July 2008.

Inverell Road Racing Calendar

$2 per person only, Racing fee for Criterium & Road Race

$5 Racing fee per person or $10 per family on Prize Money Day's.
